SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION
- Shipping & Delivery
- All our items will be dispatched for delivery from our central warehouse in Barcelona Spain. They will be sent using the shipping method outlined in the Postage/Shipping tab in the Checkout section of the site. Delivery times can vary, when posting internationally it can take approximately two weeks. If you have not received your item at this time please contact us on the details below to discuss your order.
- Returns & Exchange
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. If the merchandise was purchased at a store, it must be returned to a store in person. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. Our Distribution Centre cannot process any store returns.
Return:
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. If your merchandise was purchased online, you have a couple of options. You can 1) visit any Pacha Store, 2) send it back to our Standard Return Address at GRUP SERVICA , Raurell, 33, pol.ind.CamiRal, 08850 GAVA, Spain If your merchandise was purchased at a store, it must be returned to a store in person.
All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we will provide you with a merchandise credit for the last known value of the item.
Exchange:
We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. To exchange your merchandise, you can 1) visit any Pacha Store, 2) send it back to our Standard Return Address at GRUP SERVICA , Raurell, 33, pol.ind.CamiRal, 08850 GAVA, Spain or 3) e-mail us at support@pachacollection.com. We are unable to process exchanges from purchases made at our stores. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
2. Quality of Your Merchandise
On-line Purchase:
If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our website, email us at support@pachacollection.com
Store Purchase:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, please return it to your closest store. If you still have your receipt, we can credit you back to your original form of payment. Without a receipt, we will provide you with the last known value as a merchandise credit.
3. Return / Exchange Time Frame
Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your payment card statement
- Ordering & Viewing Orders
- Once you have completed your order online you will be presented with the option to Print Order or Continue Shopping. You can Log In and view your order process at any time by entering your username and password you signed up with during the check out process. The Log In button is found across the top of every page of the site. The 'My Account' control panel is reached after Log In, here you can view, edit, add address and personal details. Adjust your Newsletter subscriptions and manage your Account features. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the Account page.
